How long is your normal product delivery period?

For samples, the delivery time is within 5 working days. For mass production, the delivery time is 10-15 days after receiving the deposit. The delivery time will be effective after ① we receive your deposit, and ② we obtain your final approval for your product. If our delivery time does not meet your deadline, please check your requirements in your sales. In all cases, we will try our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can do this.

Can we do FOB terms or cif terms?

Yes, we have 20 years' export experience and are familiar with all kinds of export terms.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way.

What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment.

More payment methods depend on your order quantity.
